We built our building, The Centennial, to be a community gathering place. Housing our family of food and beverage businesses, Crabtree Kitchen + Bar, ChocMo & High Spirits, our diverse group of venues makes it the perfect place to host your special day, from baby and bridal showers to wedding rehearsals, holiday parties, and corporate events. We cater to gatherings of all sizes, accommodating groups from the smallest meetings up to about 100 guests. For larger groups, we can explore some different creative arrangements.

We offer five different meeting and event venue options with full in house catering High-speed fiber internet connection, AV Equipment on-site, abundant natural light, we are a 20 minute drive from both the Seattle - Bainbridge Island & Edmonds-Kingston Ferry Terminals and 10 minutes from the Clearwater Casino Resort and Kiana Lodge.

Crabtree Kitchen + Bar provides a well-rounded day that blends productive work with refreshing breaks and a smooth flow for a successful meeting. 

Whether your meeting is an all-day event or a half-day brainstorming session, we have the package for you. Starting at just $95 per person, each meeting package includes a diverse menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients, top-shelf beverage service, a private room, and scheduled breaks.

Private Event Rooms & Spaces

  • Garden Room

    The Garden Room is our main event space and is reservable any time of day. Enjoy the natural daylight flooding in through our floor to ceiling windows or dim it down in the evening under our garden lights. This room can host up to 52 guests for a wonderful catered dinner.

  • High Spirits Classroom

    The Classroom in High Spirits is available for groups of 20 to 40 people. We offer unique and curated private tastings. Nestled in our wine cellar, it provides a fun setting for hosting corporate breakfast or lunch meetings. Bar service is unavailable in this space. (21+)

  • Crabtree Kitchen + Bar Lounge

    Our lounge area is the perfect spot for networking events and company parties, this space comfortably holds up to 40 guests. Our community table is a great spot to gather, mingle and enjoy your favorite cocktail with friends and colleagues. (21+ venue)

  • ChocMo

    Our chocolate cafe is a wonderful gathering space for large family get-togethers or friends looking to enjoy a glass of wine. Only available in the evenings, this space is ideal for buffet dinners and happy hour-type events. We can host parties of up to 90 people.

  • Private Event Space

    Our most intimate space is the hidden gem of our venues, designed for those with no budget in mind. If you can dream it, we do our best to accommodate it. With real wood accents and a copper bar top, this bar boasts delights that will please the most sophisticated palates.
